Latching Solenoid is assembled on the top plug adapter of the cylinder valve in order to open a Schrader valve for the activation of agent distribution.
It can be activated by the use of electrical current or manual activation.
When it is in used with manual activation, a local lever driven push rod shall be utilized in order to depress a Schrader Valve.
Its ability to maintain position without power makes latching solenoids ideal for applications requiring low power consumption with a fast response used with the Luke Clean Agent Fire Suppression System.
